At Goodson & Company, we keep our fee and expenses predictable and there is never a fee charged to a client for an initial consultation on an injury case. Most cases at Goodson & Company are handled on a contingency fee basis. In other words, you will not owe an attorney fee unless a settlement or verdict is obtained on your behalf. If a settlement or verdict is obtained, the attorney fee is usually

one-third of whatever amount is collected. In most cases, we will advance any out of pocket expenses incurred in preparing your case. Where out of pocket expenses remain due and owing at the end of a case, they are deducted from the settlement or verdict. Clients are kept informed of the out-of-pocket expenses incurred during each stage of representation.
