Brett Goodson

Brett Goodson has been an attorney since 1976. He is licensed to practice law in Ohio, Kentucky, and Indiana. He attended high school at Western Hills High School in Cincinnati, graduating in 1969. He graduated from Ohio University in 1973 and the University of San Diego School of Law in 1976.
Brett is a member of the American Bar Association, Ohio State Bar Association, Cincinnati Bar Association, The American Association of Justice (AAJ), Ohio Association of Justice (OAJ), and Southwest Ohio Trial Lawyers Association. Brett served as president of the Hamilton County Trial Lawyers Association (1999-2001), and has served as chair of the Cincinnati Bar Association Young Lawyers Section, Judicial Rating Committee, Tort and Insurance Committee, and Lawyer Referral Service Committee. He also served as president of the Volunteer Lawyers of the Poor Foundation.
Community service includes serving as president of the Oak Hills Athletic Boosters, trustee of Oak Hills Educational Foundation, member and president of the Delhi Township Board of Zoning Appeal, and adjunct faculty of the College of Mount St. Joseph.
Brett has had the honor of representing several thousand clients in both state and federal court, trying many cases to conclusion before a jury. He has appeared in the state and federal appellate courts, Ohio Supreme Court, and U.S. Supreme Court.
Brett was recently honored as a fellow of the American College of Trial Lawyers. He has been named as a Super Lawyer for many years.

Stephanie Day

Stephanie M. Day was admitted to practice law in the State of Ohio in November of 2000. She also became licensed in the U.S. District Court, Southern District of Ohio in 2006. Stephanie is a 1988 graduate of Brookville High in Brookville, Indiana. She received her B.S. from Ball State University in Muncie, Indiana in 1992, and her J.D., cum laude, from Northern Kentucky University, Salmon P. Chase College of Law in 2000.
Stephanie is a member of the Ohio State Bar Association, Cincinnati Bar Association, Ohio Association for Justice (OAJ), Southwest Ohio Trial Lawyers Association, American Association for Justice (AAJ), Potter Stewart American Inns of Court, and Cincinnati Academy of Leadership for Lawyers. Stephanie has also been a volunteer mediator for the Cincinnati Public Schools truancy mediation program.
Stephanie will be honored as a Super Lawyer’s Rising Star in 2010.

Alison De Villiers

Alison De Villiers has been licensed to practice law in the State of Ohio since November of 2005. She also became licensed in the U.S. District Court, Southern District of Ohio in 2006. Since that time, Alison has had the privilege of representing hundreds of clients and taking cases to trial.
Alison received her B.A., magna cum laude, in English from the University of Dayton in 2002, and her J.D. from the University of Cincinnati College of Law in 2005, where she served as Vice President of the Student Bar Association and was involved in the Ohio Innocence Project.
Alison is on the Board of Trustees for the Ohio Association for Justice (OAJ), where she serves on the Legislative Committee and formerly served on the Patient Advocacy Task Force. She also serves on the Board as Secretary of the Young Lawyers Section of the Cincinnati Bar Association and on the Board as Social Chair of ProKids Young Professionals. She is also a member of the Ohio State Bar Association, Southwest Ohio Trial Lawyers Association, American Association for Justice (AAJ), and Potter Stewart American Inns of Court. She formerly served as the co-chair of the social committee for the Young Lawyers Section of the Cincinnati Bar Association, as well as co-chair of the annual Run for Kids, sponsored by the Cincinnati Bar Association, for the benefit of ProKids.
Alison was honored as a Super Lawyer’s Rising Star in 2009 and 2011. She was also inducted into Class XV of the Cincinnati Academy of Leadership for Lawyers in 2011.
